First Popeyes in Westmoreland Street, Ireland

US fried chicken chain Popeyes, having over 4000 franchises across the world, is now planning to open its first outlet in Dublin.

The Popeyes UK franchise holder master plans to open its new store at a new location; the brand is famous for its bold flavor.

In the previous month, Polaska Popeyes Ireland Limited, owned by Popeyes UK, submitted their planning application to the city council of Dublin for getting permission to open up a store on Westmoreland Street in South City. Polaska Chicken Ireland lists Thomas Crowley, the Popeyes Uk CEO and Andrew Taylor the CFO as the director

Last year, Popeyes launched a branch at Belfast’s Lesley Forestside Shopping Centre, marking its debut restaurant in Ireland.

During the Belfast opening, the company announced that additional locations were in the pipeline

Popeyes’ arrival in the UK was in November 2021, but due to its bold flavor in the world of fast food, it is getting famous and now has more than 65 sites in the United Kingdom with an annual sales rate of 150 million pounds.
